Description
Wine characteristics
Coming from vines over 20 years old planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the Mâconnais region, this Mâcon Villages benefits from an ideal south-east exposure, promoting optimal maturity of the Chardonnay grape. Mechanical harvesting is followed by gentle pneumatic pressing to preserve the quality of the grapes. Vinification is carried out in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (15–16 °C), allowing the retention of all the freshness, aromatic purity and expression of the Chardonnay, emblematic of the wines from the Mâconnais.
