Slow cold fermentation reveals all the finesse, tension, and balance of this Sauvignon White wine.

To the eye, this Sauvignon It presents a pale yellow dress with slight green reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of citrus, lemon, exotic fruits and fresh mint, typical of Sauvignon White. On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing, with good tension and a crisp profile. Lemon notes persist in the finish, bringing length and elegance. This white wine pairs perfectly with seafood, fish or tart desserts like a lemon meringue pie.
