Wine characteristics

This Wine of Whites sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay grapes from vines over 40 years old, grown on clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 220 metres, typical of the great terroirs of Burgundy. Hand-picking is followed by gentle pressing to preserve the full finesse of the fruit.
