Description
Wine characteristics
From vines over 20 years old, this Petit Chablis 100 % Chardonnay is crafted with precision to preserve the full expression of the terroir. Planted on clay and sandy soils at an altitude of 230 metres, the vines produce a white wine with Burgundy both lively, pure and balanced. The winemaking process involves slow pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (15 to 20 °C) and ageing in stainless steel vats. This process preserves all the freshness, tension and aromatic finesse typical of Chablis wines.

Tasting notes
This Petit Chablis A pale straw dress shines with green highlights. The nose opens with delicate aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), accompanied by citrus notes and a characteristic minerality evoking flint and gunflint. On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, supported by a lovely freshness. The finish, clean and mineral, prolongs the elegance of this dry white Burgundy wine.
