Coming from vines over 20 years old planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the M\u00e2connais region, this M\u00e2con Villages benefits from an ideal south-east exposure, promoting optimal maturity of the Chardonnay grape. Mechanical harvesting is followed by gentle pneumatic pressing to preserve the quality of the grapes. Vinification is carried out in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (15\u201316 \u00b0C), allowing the retention of all the freshness, aromatic purity and expression of the Chardonnay, emblematic of the wines from the M\u00e2connais<\/a>.<\/p>\n
