Wine characteristics<\/h2>\n

From 100% % White Sauvignon grape varieties, this white Sancerre comes from clay-limestone soils rich in manganese, typical of the appellation. Situated at 250 metres altitude, the vines, over 50 years old, benefit from ideal eastern exposure, promoting slow and balanced maturation. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, after pneumatic pressing, preserves all the freshness, aromatic precision and typicity of Sauvignon Blanc. This Sancerre white wine thus fully expresses the richness and minerality of the % Loire wines.<\/a><\/p>\n
