From vines over 20 years old, this Petit Chablis 100 % Chardonnay is crafted with precision to preserve the full expression of the terroir. Planted on clay and sandy soils at an altitude of 230 metres, the vines produce a white wine with Burgundy<\/a> both lively, pure and balanced. The winemaking process involves slow pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (15 to 20 \u00b0C) and ageing in stainless steel vats. This process preserves all the freshness, tension and aromatic finesse typical of Chablis wines.<\/p>\n
